Organic seasonings for a creamy, cheesy (and instant) white sauce that's pasta-perfect.
IngredientsOrganic Nonfat Dry Milk, Organic Maltodextrin, Organic Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Organic Natural Flavor (Organic Maltodextrin, Organic Natural Butter Flavor, Natural Flavor), Organic Garlic, Organic Rice Concentrate, Organic White Pepper, Organic Nutmeg. Contains: Milk.
Label Directions1. In a saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1 1/2 tbsp. butter until butter melts.
2. Add packet contents to saucepan and stir until completely dissolved. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and stir constantly for 20 seconds.
4. Remove from heat and serve over freshly prepared fettuccine noodles, 8 oz. dry.
Makes 4 servings.
For pasta primavera, prepare as above and toss in fresh sauteed vegatables.
For alfredo style party potatoes, whip packet contents into 3-4 cups prepared mashed potatoes.
For a tasty appetizer clean and destem 1 lb. mushrooms. Mix packet contents with 8 oz. cream cheese, and 1 cup shredded chease. Spoon mix into mushroom caps and place in pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 F. Lightly broil at end if desired.
